I absolutely adored the charming decoration and cozy atmosphere of Roca Nevada Resort. The hotel's general areas were beautifully adorned with rustic touches and warm colors, creating a welcoming and homely ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with convenient amenities and facilities that were easy to navigate. The staff were always friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or events specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps some organized outings or social gatherings would have been a lovely addition to make the vacation even more memorable for us older folks.

Great to have spacious quiet apartment that was cleaned daily. Fantastic to go walking all day in the wonderful mountains and then come back to have a refreshing swim in the pool. Also washing machine & small private courtyard. were a bonus
The kitchen needs more equipment for self catering. Some outdoor chairs to enjoy the courtyard.

Don't leave without visiting La Estrella, located adjacent to this place. Pool was right there.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a cozy and warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, allowing for a pleasant and comfortable stay. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with easy access to elevators and spacious hallways that made it convenient for me to navigate around.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing information about local attractions and activities suitable for senior guests.

Stunning location.
The room was clean but as a self catering 'apartment' was vey poorly equipped. No lifts. Not enough glasses, no cereal bowls, no kettle, two small pans, shower temperature and pressure varied a lot. Top bunk of fold out bunk bed has no safety rail and could mean a 5 feet fall to the laminate floor. Ladder to top bunk would not attach safely. Only soft seating for three people.

Location and easy to find.
The receptionist was not at her desk for the entire two days of our stay and we had trouble with the washing machine. The kitchen lacked basic essentials, e.g. kettle, toaster.

The location is fantastic, nestled in the mountains and right by the river. It's great to have a small bakery close by, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service is friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. Plus, there are great facilities like a pool to enjoy during hot days.
Some guests mentioned that there was noise overnight, with constant door slamming, giving the hotel a bit of a hostel-like feel.

Spaciuos warm apartment
Please note reception is not open in the afternoon. We arrived at 2.30pm and had to wait until 5pm before we could get into our room.
